Community Guidelines and General Information
Creative on Commission reserves the right to reject and offer a full refund to any commissioned project that errors against our community guidelines as follows:
We ask that all communications between your team and ours remain courteous and professional. We will work to resolve any issues that may arise, but rudeness will not be tolerated and may result in a rejection and refund of your project.
We aim for alignment with scripture and will not be completing any projects that ask us to write in contradiction to that (up to and including aspects of God's character, his relationship to mankind, mankind's relationship to one another, etc). If a project is to be rejected on these grounds, the one commissioning the script (henceforth known as the 'commissioner') will receive notice of this and an offer for a full refund within 3 business days.
All direct quotations from scripture, unless otherwise noted, are taken from the ESV or NIV translations. We invite you to delve into further study on the themes presented in our scripts!
Any edits the commissioner would like to do for further customization are allowed in their local production (if such edits do not error against the intended meaning of the script or bring it out of alignment with scripture) but those edits will not be reflected in the archived version.
If you are not pleased with the product you receive, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. This will be handled on a case by case basis, including perhaps up to two rounds of revision on the product until it meets your needs or your money refunded.
When the commissioner orders a Creative on Commission script, they are purchasing the performance rights for local production of said script. Creative on Commission retains the right for resale and distribution via the Archive so other churches may benefit from the work.
